Refund policy

USB Version: Refunds will be processed in full, minus a charge back fee of 3%, if requested within 30 days of ordering. Refund will be issued within 15 days of us receiving the product back.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 Online Version: A refund will be processed for the remaining percentage of unwatched content less 3% charge back fee.
